Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
2. If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to refusal to accept delivery or other customer-related reasons, a charge of ₹50 may apply to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Please check the respective product page for eligibility and specific conditions.
2. The standard return window is 2–3 days from the date of delivery, as specified on the respective product page. Requests raised after the applicable return period will not be accepted.
3. Return and exchange eligibility may vary by product and is subject to the conditions mentioned on the product page.
4. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our registered office address.
5. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes for Returns

1. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2. Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact. Products returned without original tags or packaging may not be accepted.
3. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, as applicable under law.
4. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must share clear images of the product and its packaging as evidence when raising a return or exchange request. This helps us verify the issue and process the request appropriately.
5. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the applicable return window mentioned on the product page.
6. All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval in accordance with this policy.

Refund Policy

1. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable refund method.
2. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner.
